Relax in warm, mineral-rich Epsom salt water as your body floats effortlessly in a serene, light- and sound-reduced environment. This deeply calming experience melts muscle tension, quiets the mind, and promotes holistic rejuvenation. Ideal for stress relief, recovery, and gentle full-body renewal. To use this modality, you will need to bring a bathing suit and shower shoes. A shower is necessary before usage, which can be done at the gym showers. Oils, creams, deodorants, and perfumes are not permitted to be applied before using the tank, and must be removed. Our facility provides robes, towels, shampoo, soap, slippers, and ear plugs.
